After collecting craft supplies and stash for the last couple of years, I have decided that 2014 is the year that I am actually going to tar doing something with all the lovely things I have hoarded.
Although I have papercraft, decopatch and jewellery making kit, the thing I really love is sewing.
My mom bought me a sewing machine for Christmas two years ago. I had a few lessons and started one or two things but have never really made the time to sit down and sew. This year, I intend to change that.
To try and keep me motivated, I am going to aim to complete at least 14 Projects in 2014. This is an idea that I have seen on a couple of other sites that I frequent and I love a good list to tick.
I haven't quite come up with 14 things that I want to do yet, but my initial list is:
- Harris Tweed Quilted Blanket as a late Christmas present for my brother.
- Pair of quilted cushions to match
- Finish the applique'd alphabet for my nephew
- Oil cloth book bag
- Quilted table mats
- Matching pot holder
- Baby scrap books for my two daughters and my nephew
- Wedding Album for all of the mementos and non-official pictures from our wedding (about time - we've only been married for 10 years)
- Knitting Needle and Crochet Hook Roll

I'll update the list when I've thought of some more things I want to do.
